Crate

I didn't know much about crates or why they matter, but I've learned they're great for toilet training and give the puppy a safe, comfortable space of their own. I didn't want something that looked like metal bars, so I found a model I really like. Either way, it's only for the early days.

Bed

Food

I already had some ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Puppy food at home, but picked up another kilo just to be safe. The 4kg packs were out of stock when I went.

Treats

I personally only eat chicken, lamb, and fish — and I've noticed that's been influencing how I pick treats for Mellow too. I keep gravitating towards chicken-based options and avoiding anything else. A little biased, maybe?

Collar, Harness, lead

I didn't want to spend too much on these for now, since I wasn't sure about the sizing or what she'd find comfortable. Once Mellow arrives and grows a little, I'll take her along to pick out the right ones.
